At Boutique 452, we curate limited, often one-of-a-kind pieces both in-store and online. Because of the nature of our inventory, our return policy differs for in-store and online purchases.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for items purchased in-store.

Please inspect all items carefully prior to checkout. Our team is happy to answer any questions before purchase.

Online Purchases

Eligible online purchases may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

Online store credit:

  • Is issued via digital gift card
  • Is valid for online purchases only
  • Cannot be redeemed in-store
  • Does not expire

Eligibility Requirements

Online returns must:

  • Be received by Boutique 452 within 14 days of confirmed delivery (based on tracking)
  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, smoke, perfume, and pet hair
  • Be unaltered and in new condition

Items that do not meet these standards may be refused and returned to sender.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories marked final sale
  • Seasonal or holiday items

Final sale items sent back will not be returned and may be donated locally.
